Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy
Psychodynamic therapy is based on the idea that experiences
and relationships from the past can affect the way that we
live our lives in the present.
Together with an experienced counsellor or psychotherapist
you will begin to reflect on your response to life events
and how you relate to yourself and to other people.
The process encourages you to think about your experiences
and your relationships so that you can explore patterns of
behaviour and the issues that are important to you, and consider
how change might come about.
